We want you to know how your payment for this Certificate program. You can pay the full fee up front via bank wire or your credit/debit card. You can also arrange a payment plan with monthly or semi-monthly installments.

If you pay the full fee up front, we will delete your sensitive personal information (your federal identifying number, bank or card account details) after the payment is confirmed successful. If you set up a payment plan with us, we will delete your sensitive personal information when the payment plan has ended with the total fee paid. We use Ezidebit to set up your payment plan. Ezidebit uses your sensitive information for the sole purpose of processing your scheduled payments on our behalf. Its privacy policy can be viewed here.

Our application and enrollment process collects your non-payment related personal information to help us provide educational services to you under the Terms and Conditions of your enrollment. We do not collect your federal identifying number. We will not share or sell any of your personal information with any third party.

We use your personal information to create your access to the online learning system, to manage your participation in your Program, to maintain your permanent student record, to improve our education programming, and to communicate with you about your Program during your participation in it.

Only if relevant government authorities require us by law to do so will we disclose any of your personal information to them.

We may combine some of your anonymous personal information such as gender, age, state/province and country with others’ anonymous information of the same kind solely to inform our marketing of Ken Ware NeuroPhysics Therapy education.

Deletion of Your Information

Your participation in the educational program depends on us using your information to serve you while you are a student. The maintenance of your permanent record of the Certificate education is required to validate your professional preparation and approval to use Ken Ware NeuroPhysics Therapy professionally. Approval to use Ken Ware NeuroPhysics Therapy professionally will be done by the Association of Practising Neurotricians and Neurotricionists.

If at any time you wish to request the deletion of all your personal information and thus the electronic evidence of your Ken Ware NeuroPhysics Therapy Certificate education, you would not be authorized to use Ken Ware NeuroPhysics Therapy professionally. Deletion of your information before the program is completed would remove all evidence of your participation. If you later wished to complete the Certificate, you would need to supply the original electronic source information from our learning system of every assignment and score you earned. If that original documenting information were lost, for example in a disk drive failure, you would need to enroll as a new student and begin at the beginning.

To request the deletion of all your information in our records, you can email Ken Ware at infokenwarenpt.global@gmail.com.

We want you to know how our online payment steps work. Our secure registration system uses PayPal for payment processing via your debit/credit card or PayPal account. Thus, your sensitive payment method information and address details are not available to us. All credit card information is transmitted securely and will not be retained beyond the purchase transaction per PayPal’s privacy and data retention policies. PayPal uses your information for the sole purpose of processing your payment on our behalf.

Our registration system uses your non-payment related personal information to help us provide educational services to you under the Terms and Conditions of your registration. We will not share or sell any of your personal information with any third party.

We use that information to create your access to the online learning system, to manage your participation in your Program, to maintain your permanent student record, to improve our education programming, and to communicate with you about your Program during your participation in it.

Your participation in the Program depends on us using your information to serve you and to, at your option in the future, easily implement the academic transfer of your successfully-completed Program record to the Neurotrician Certificate program.

You have the right to request deletion of all your personal information and thus the electronic record of your education. If you successfully complete your Program and all your information was deleted at your request, you would just need to send us the original electronic completion certificate we issue at the end of your program to prove you had been a student in the Program. That certificate in your possession would be the only remaining record of your Program. If it were lost, for example in a disk drive failure, but you wanted us to apply your achievement toward earning the Neurotrician Certificate, you would need to re-register and complete your Program as if you had never done so before.

To request the deletion of all your information in our records, you can email Ken Ware at infokenwarenpt.global@gmail.com.
